Are you interested in renting the “MS Hexenhaus” for your own session or for other reasons (ATTENTION: No commercial use allowed!)? Here you can find the conditions:

Prices for two people

3 hours = 99 Euro

5 hours = 136 Euro

Each additional person costs an additional 20 euros

Other length of time according to personal agreement

What’s included

The use of the premises and equipment. Soft drinks as well as coffee and towels for showering are available free of charge. The subsequent disinfection of the furniture and equipment used (pre-cleaning is expected).

Payment and cancellation fees

Payment is made in advance via PayPal or bank transfer

The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment

Cancellation liability is 50% up to two days before the date, after which 100% of the price will be charged

Code of conduct

We expect our tenants to treat the premises, furniture and toys with care. Used equipment and toys must be cleaned. Toys used are to be deposited separately next to the shower on the floor, so that we can disinfect them afterwards.

Should anything be damaged during the game, we expect this to be reported to us immediately. In principle, tenants are liable for any damage to the property or furniture, although we are not petty as long as things are not intentionally damaged.

Toilet and wax games are only allowed in the shower, the toilet area and on the floor of the King’s Chamber, where, for example, the pee or wax can be easily cleaned by you.

Since the “MS Hexenhaus” is located in a purely industrial district, you can move around there carefree. It is also no problem to step outside the door in fetish clothes, but we expect you not to display any primary genitals in front of the house.

Smoking is expressly only permitted in the outdoor area, where a small, covered terrace is available.

Address and location

The “MS Hexenhaus” is conveniently located directly on the A4 between Cologne and Siegen (travel time by car under 45 minutes from these places).

Booking

For any booking, we require the picture or a copy of an ID of the person making the booking. Of course, we treat the data absolutely confidentially, but we want to know who we are dealing with.

We reserve the right to rent the premises only to persons who appear to us to be serious and appropriate. We will also not justify a negative decision if we have a bad feeling about your request.
